For over 33 years, our Capitola Health Center has been serving the community with care, compassion, and a commitment to healing. We are looking for a part-time chiropractic and naturopathy Receptionist who will bring warmth, reliability, and a welcoming spirit to our team and patients.

Who You Are:
A true people person who enjoys connecting with others
Warm, friendly, and able to make patients feel at ease
Reliable and detail-oriented, with strong clerical and organizational skills
Knowledge of general math and understanding of ledgers
Experienced with insurance billing (a plus, but not required)
Someone who values teamwork, integrity, and community
Experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients with a smile and genuine kindness
Schedule appointments and keep our office running smoothly
Answer phones, handle inquiries, and support patient needs
Manage records, payments, and basic administrative tasks
Assist with insurance billing when needed
Contribute to a positive, healing atmosphere
Keeping inventory of office supplies and keep office neat and clean
