We are hiring for 1 Receptionist position. Must have prior receptionist experience.
Experience in the Garage Door industry is a Plus.
Job description includes:
Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Data entry into daily logs
Emailing - texting
Must be able to call customers and set-up Estimates and service calls
Make daily and weekly schedules for installers and service techs
Helping customer in the Showroom
Ordering parts on the web or local Distributors
Part time Position could go to Full time
