Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

They will be well organized, show initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for confidentiality, discretion and deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests. They will also be able to maintain a calm, courteous and professional demeanor at all times, regardless of the visitor's or callers behavior.
As the person in this position is the first person that customers meet, it is important for the first impression to be the right one. A smiling face is very important.
MAIN DUTIES
Greet visitors and customers
Answer the phone and screen calls
Interface with clients and members
Follow up on client cases
Provide information as necessary and promptly
Schedule appointment calendars
Ensure reception area is neat
Process client application
Collect rents and payments
Assist in the recording, ordering, receiving and stocking of office supplies
Will also assist with other related clerical duties such as scanning, faxing and filing
Update various databases, google drive, and google doc, sheet, slide
Zoom Meetings
Keep the Office Tidy
