Busy property management/redevelopment company in San Francisco seeks motivated person to ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This job requires flexibility, strong initiative, and a positive attitude. This is a "people" position and involves interacting with clients and providing outstanding customer service. You will answer heavy phone volume, greet clients and help make the experience an enjoyable one.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Maintaining vacancy listings, respond and schedule tours to properties
- Answer phones and direct calls; greet guests visiting office
- Respond promptly and effectively to tenant requests and inquiries, maintaining good tenant relations across all properties.
- Schedule tours and vendor appointments and maintaining office calendar
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, AR/AP, data entry, and other basic bookkeeping duties
- Show vacancies, meet with vendors at properties as needed
- Coordinate maintenance work
- Provide general administrative support
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Appfolio a plus.
- Previous admin assistant/receptionist experience a must.
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
- Must have organizational and multitasking skills with attention to details and follow-up
- Professional with an enthusiastic personality, team player
