Are you a former or current massage therapist who likes their work but is looking to move into an office position? Then this post is for you. Once an applicant is hired, she will be provided the necessary training to become an effective Executive and Office Assistant at a successful and growing business.
Besides providing scheduled in-house massage therapy, applicant duties will include receiving training on skills like social media marketing, digital marketing, Microsoft office tools, AI tools, executive calendar management and others. She will then use the learned skills to assist the business in its day to day activities.
This post is for an in-person role, with the option for part-time flexible timings in the beginning. Hours may grow to full-time gradually. Pay will be significantly higher than market for the right candidate, based on desire to learn and flexibility in meeting the job requirements.
Other duties will include:
- Maintain office, conference room, break-room
- Assist with in-house events
- Presenting hostess style dress code at all times
- Calendar scheduling
- Learn and grow with the company!
