Katina Mercadante is a filmmaker and empowerment coach. Her clients include indigenous elders, private and public sector leaders, and artists. She is based between New York City and San Francisco but travels frequently. Seeking Virtual Assistant:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A warm demeanor and ability to connect across cultures and strata
- Unwavering professionalism
- Interest in Human Design, Filmmaking, Empowerment Coaching, and/or Indigenous Rights a bonus.
- Tasks include but not limited to:
- Transcription of creative ideas and stories
- Preparation of written materials for coaching sessions
- Invoicing and billing for coaching clients
- Light sales and marketing outreach
- Calendar management (iCal)
- Website maintenance (Squarespace, Wordpress)
- Personal tasks and correspondence
- Assistance with film treatment writing and research
Looking for someone who can commit longer term, minimum 6 months. Guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours a month starting at $20/hour.
