Position: Showroom Designer & Sales Associate
Location: San Francisco

What You’ll Do:
- Design: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and create personalized, aesthetically pleasing design solutions for remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.).
- Sales: Drive showroom sales by showcasing products, materials, and design options that align with clients’ budgets and preferences. Provide expert product knowledge and offer design guidance to influence purchasing decisions.
- Admin Support: Manage customer inquiries, assist with scheduling consultations and project timelines, and maintain accurate records for sales and design projects.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and memorable experience for customers by guiding them through the design and selection process, from the initial consultation to final installation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure that designs are accurately implemented and that customer expectations are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in design, 20/20 design software, sketch up, etc, sales, or showroom environments, ideally in the remodeling or home improvement industry.
- Strong design skills with a good eye for trends, functionality, and style. CAD software knowledge is a plus!
- Sales expertise, with a proven ability to convert leads into clients and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to connect with clients and explain design choices clearly.
- Organized and able to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and follow-up.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once, from initial design to project completion.
