Position Summary:
Showroom Sales & Order Management Representatives are responsible for assisting all customer segments including retail, contractor, fabricator and wholesale. You are responsible for providing information about our products including availability, price, applications, limitations, and installation recommendations. You are also responsible for creating estimates, order entry, and purchase order (P/O) processing.
You will act as the liaison between Evolv Surfaces and our customer. You have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and pay close attention to detail. You uphold the highest standards of service and aim to please customers and resolve any issues with win/win solutions. You are positive, helpful, and know how to listen and clearly communicate with customers.
Showroom Sales & Order Management Responsibilities:
· Provide world-class customer service in all internal and external interactions
· Produce all estimates, orders, and e-mail communication with a Zero Defects mentality
· Maintain a professional posture in all phone and e-mail communication
· Answering incoming calls in support of the Showroom and the Order Desk
· Assist in qualifying all walk-in customers
· Be expert in utilizing all relevant systems that support the business
· Daily support of the Management Team, Operations and the Outside Sales team
· Order processing, order confirmations, delivery dates, payments
Additional Requirements:
· Showroom / Tile & Stone Industry experience
· Product knowledge: Natural Stone, Quartz and Porcelain Surfaces
· Experience managing significant daily phone call or sales order volume
· Detailed and accurate in all work
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel

Travel Requirements:
Area: Primary work location is the Showroom at Evolv Surfaces in Berkeley, CA
Travel and schedule: Position will require infrequent travel outside of sales area
