Position: Store Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Saturday, 8 Hour Days.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management -
Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Analyze sales trends and set monthly/quarterly/yearly objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the senior management team.
Employee Relations -
Hire, train, and oversee a high-performing team of sales and support staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and setting individual objectives.
Address staff concerns, fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
Operational Management -
Ensure the store runs smoothly, maintaining a high standard of organization and cleanliness.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordered as needed.
Work with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and timely deliveries.
Customer Satisfaction -
Ensure customers receive top-notch service from the moment they enter till after-sales support.
Handle customer complaints or concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
Cultivate relationships with regular clients and seek feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Industry Knowledge is not needed but preferred.
