Property Management corporate office located in Palo Alto is seeking an experienced, well-organized, and reliable individual with prior community manager experience to support the Management Team.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, and the responsibilities include:
Tenant application verification and processing
Tenancy related correspondence and problem resolution
Rent Roll and Rental Agreement review and auditing for new property acquisitions
Low Income/Below Market Rate/Project Based Section 8 tenant compliance review
Provide administrative support and complete special projects for various management team members
Heavy auditing and filing
Qualifications:
At least two years prior experience as a community manager responsible for rent collection, auditing leases, resolving tenant disputes, preparing eviction cases
Extensive knowledge of current fair housing and California based tenancy laws
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Yardi Property Management and Rent Café
Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word/Excel software skills required
Must be able to work full time 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
