Compensation:$30-$40 per hour, depending on experience

Overview:

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and creative Airbnb Manager & Housekeeper to manage three Airbnb listings within a single house located in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Airbnb property, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness through daily housekeeping duties, and creating and managing an Airbnb and Instagram account to promote the listings. This is a part-time position, requiring 10 hours of work per week, with a competitive pay rate of $30-$40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Management:

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, bookings, and reviews.

- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during their stay.

- Manage and optimize Airbnb listings to maximize occupancy and revenue.

- Monitor guest reviews and feedback, implementing improvements where necessary.

2. Property Management:

- Ensure that all three listings are in top condition, conducting regular inspections of the property.

- Handle minor maintenance tasks or coordinate with contractors for larger repairs as needed.

- Monitor and restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials for guests.

- Maintain communication with the property owner regarding any major issues or updates.

3. Weekly Cleaning:

- Perform daily cleaning of the listings, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all spaces are guest-ready.

- Ensure all cleaning is done to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.

- Launder and press linens as required.

- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with city regulations.

4. Instagram Account Management:

- Create and manage an Instagram account dedicated to promoting the Airbnb listings.

- Regularly post high-quality photos and engaging content that showcases the property and attracts potential guests.

- Interact with followers and respond to inquiries received via Instagram.

- Develop and implement strategies to grow the account’s following and increase booking rates.

- Collaborate with the property owner to create promotional offers or campaigns through the Instagram platform.

5. Inventory Management:

- Keep track of inventory levels for guest supplies and cleaning products.

- Order supplies as needed to ensure the property is always fully stocked.

- Manage and organize storage spaces within the property.

6. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed, including fire safety, and that the property meets all local Airbnb regulations.

- Stay up to date with Airbnb policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or housekeeping.

- Familiarity with Airbnb platform and its functionalities.

- Experience in social media management, particularly Instagram.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including cleaning and minor maintenance.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

- $30-$40 per hour for 10 hours of work per week.

- Potential for performance-based bonuses.

- Paid bi-weekly via Zelle to 1099 contracted employee.
