REMOTE BILINGUAL LEASING ASSISTANT (Spanish/English) – Work From Home
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual (Spanish & English) professional to join our property management team as a Remote Leasing Assistant. Your primary role will be to convert prospective tenant leads into scheduled property viewings through responsive communication and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone and text
Conduct initial pre-qualification screenings of potential tenants
Schedule property viewings with our onsite leasing team
Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Excellent text messaging etiquette and quick response time
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Schedule & Flexibility
This remote position requires availability during peak contact hours, including:
Weekday mornings, lunch hours, and evenings
Weekend mornings and evenings
Time commitments vary based on lead volume, typically requiring short, focused blocks (5-30 minutes) throughout the day.
