Commercial Real Estate Broker is seeking a part-time assistant to assist in day-to-day activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and manage social media.
Create and manage marketing campaigns.
CRM management.
Create, post and manage social media platforms.
Prepare and create marketing materials - taking photos, creating content, posting, and managing ads on various online platforms.
Create and manage direct marketing campaigns.
Basic CRM management (adding contacts, updating clients and prospects status, etc.).
Draft marketing and business documents such as letters and post cards, flyers, Offering Memorandums, letters of intent (LOIs), listings/leases/sales agreements.
Occasional showings as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding and use of various social media platforms.
Excellent writing skills and prose.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic skills in Excel spreadsheets.
Live in San Francisco and is mobile.
COMPENSATION:
An hourly rate plus bonuses, based on experience.
Approximately 50 hours per month.
