POSITION
Community Manager Leasing Agent Saturday only position at our 160-unit A-rated San Mateo property. Consisting of a broad range of duties managing the day-to-day operations, with an initial focus on:
Saturday Only: Leasing Agent, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, (8) hours weekly.
Conduct tours and property walks to assure security and tidiness.
Maintain strong professional relationships with tenants, colleagues.

Results driven, highly organized, attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple
responsibilities to completion.
Customer service/resident relations experience.
