We are a local company seeking to fill a resident manager position for a large 62-unit apartment building in West San Jose.
Our other managers have been with the company for nearly 20 years. Some of our employees have stayed as long as 40 years with our company! We are selective, but we are extremely loyal and expect the same trust and loyalty in return.

The Ideal Candidate:
Someone with strong interpersonal and management skills to keep the operations of the building running smoothly
Someone physically able to perform minimum essential job functions such as walking the building daily, negotiating stairwells, and performing basic maintenance work, such as pool skimming, etc.
Someone who can be physically present at the building at least eight (8) hours each working day to answer the phone, greet walk-ins, screen new applicants, and address various tenant issues.
Financially speaking, this position is best suited to retired persons or persons with supplemental, independent sources of income. Most of your compensation will be in the form of free rent. While there is an additional salary, the amount of salary is based on years of service and, at least for the first few years, it may not be enough to cover all of your living expenses.
