We are seeking an onsite manager for a 25 unit, garden-style building in the Belmont Hills, adjacent to the Water Dog Lake walking trail. The complex is just east of Highway 92 and less than a mile west of Carlmont Village Shopping Center.
The manager is responsible for day-to-day operation of the building, including:
Showing units and completing all leasing paperwork.
Rent collection.
Tenant and vendor relations.
Light building maintenance.
The manager must have an open and flexible schedule that allows for he/she to perform the required duties in a timely and reasonable manner, including communicating with the building’s tenants and management company. An individual with sufficient outside passive income (pension, annuity, investment income, etc.) is ideal.
Compensation includes:
Full rent credit on a brand new 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit and basic utilities.
A small monthly salary ($700.00).
