Local San Francisco service company is looking for either a full-time or part-time handyman/repair tech to handle work orders from property management companies, landlords and HOAs.
Flexible schedule, pick your own hours if working part-time. Weekend shifts available too.
Pay rate: $40 per hour (after a 90-day probation), mileage reimbursement, performance bonus every 6 months, cell phone reimbursement, 5 days of sick time per year.
Need someone with relevant experience, ability to follow written instructions, adequate verbal communication skills, proper tools and a car big enough (not a sedan) to carry supplies and materials. Employer pays for all job-related expenses, including parking.
