Your Role:
Source, list, and close deals
Sell and lease residential and/or commercial properties
Advise investor clients and underwrite opportunities
Build your presence as a trusted local expert
Manage transactions from lead to close
Collaborate across AMSI Novo’s leasing, management, and sales teams
What You Bring:
Active California DRE license
Brokerage, leasing, or sales experience
Financial fluency (cap rates, rent rolls, ROI)
Clear communication and follow-through
Long-term, relationship-first mindset
Familiarity with Bay Area submarkets — or the drive to own one
