We are San Francisco Residential Property Management Company in business for over 30 years, and we are looking for a part-time Leasing Agent for multiple properties located in Oakland by Lake Merritt and Adams Point. This is a contracted commission-based position and you must be residing in Oakland.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least a one-year experience in a sales environment
- Must be have some flexibility in schedule
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Job Description:
As a Leasing Agent, you will travel to properties located near Lake Merritt and Adams Point. You will be showing the available unit(s) to prospective tenants, making sure the unit is prepped prior to their arrival.
LEASING DUTIES:
- Showing up on-time for the open house or scheduled appointment, showing the unit to prospective tenants, answering questions in reference to the available unit, tracking events at showing, locking up and going to the next open house.
- Communicate with perspective tenants on as needed basis.
- Hours flexible.
- Follow up with perspective tenants before and after each tour.
- Showings are generally in the evenings and weekends.
