We're seeking a maintenance technician to join and support our maintenance department team.
Beacon Properties is a growing residential property management company operating in the East Bay Area. We provide full service property management to owners of various sized apartment and mixed-use properties.
Do you have experience doing basic repairs like fixing garbage disposals, replacing an outlet, interior painting, etc?
Can you follow a checklist to conduct a thorough inspection of a unit or property?
Can you communicate politely with Residents and Property Owners, and maintain a focus on safe and professional service?
Do you have a solid work ethic?
Can you track/report on your assigned jobs using a simple smart-phone app?
