Job Title: Multifamily Investment Sales Internship
Location: Alameda & Contra Costa Counties
Compensation: Unpaid (Commission opportunities possible)

We are a fast-paced commercial brokerage specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in Alameda and Contra Costa counties, and we are seeking a driven and dedicated intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with market research, financial analysis, and property valuations
- Learn and execute sales processes, including cold calling and lead generation
- Support brokers in transaction management and property marketing
- Analyze financials and assist with underwriting multifamily investments
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to deal strategy
- Take initiative and be proactive in identifying ways to add value to the team

Requirements:
- Must be local or able to commute to Alameda & Contra Costa counties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, high level of integrity, and the ability to work independently
- A passion for real estate investment and a desire to build a career in this field
