Part time position, 15-25 hours a week, possibility for full time and growth.

Busy primarily commercial real estate agent seeks a proficient computer skilled individual that is very organized with out being uptight and inflexible. Happy work attitude and great work ethic. Fast paced when busy and a lot of requests are asked for on the fly.

Job Description:

Keeping files organized that contain open escrows, current, past, and future, clients, updating and posting new and current listings, creating new folders for new listings, creating call lists for listings, some calling, and organizing clients in Top Producer. Listings are listed on commercial business platforms in addition to the MLS. Additionally keep all correct forms signed and in the RE platform that are required for each sale. Communication and directness is necessary.

Basically keep the back of the operation running like a well oiled machine while I list and sell! The more money I make the more money we make!

Room for growth. And we both need to like each other so in interviewing if its not for you let me know, no harm no foul.

Internship is possible depending on circumstances.

Job can be performed from my office in the Castro or at your home or wherever you are comfortable so no address is listed.
