ON-SITE RESIDENT MANAGER – AVAILABLE JANUARY 1, 2026
Building owner is looking for a responsible and dependable on-site resident manager to live in a discounted studio apartment for a non-smoking 24-unit residential building in prime North Panhandle neighborhood. This is a part-time position: 5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Monitor property daily to inspect for damages, litter/trash, hazardous conditions, unlawful behavior or violations of tenant leases
Maintain property cleanliness, including laundry rooms, hallways, stairwells, walkways, mail areas
Enforce apartment house rules and compliance with rent ordinance rules and regulations
Qualities
Honest, reliable and dependable
Personable with good people skills
Problem solver, self-starter
Job Requirements
Must be available to respond to tenants and office as needed. Work hours are flexible.
Must be available to respond to any after-hours emergency
Must have a working cell phone
Must have computer access with an email account that is checked daily
Must pass criminal background check
