Job description:
-This individual ideally will have property management experience and must have had repair work/remodel experience
-We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and is able to assist their team in developing to reach their goal along with the overall goals of the management company

-Able to Move to San Francisco (Pacific Heights/Cow Hollow Neighborhood where position is located)
Responsibilities:
-Position currently is scheduled to work everyday on-call
-Understand the property management policies and procedures; the community’s rules and regulations; and the terms of the lease and other addendums to the lease but communicate any lease infractions of tenants to the property manager
-Comply with the state Fair Housing (Residential Landlord & Tenant Act) and all other governmental laws and regulations
-Show any vacant units
-Keep the premises cleaned and well maintained
-Handle and complete any basic repairs needed (Must be able to conduct minor repairs themselves. Needs to be able to communicate with designated vendors to coordinate any major repairs)
-Oversee move-in and move-out inspection of all units
-Responsible for marketing of property
-Compensation is a free apartment in San Francisco (Pacific Heights/Cow Hollow Neighborhood where position is located)
