Growing, East Bay-based real estate investment company has an onsite Community Manager position to oversee properties across the Peninsula
A Community Management position consists of a broad range of duties managing the day-to-day operations of this asset.
Advertise vacancies; schedule and tour potential residents. Maintain high occupancy levels.
Conduct daily property walk-throughs to assure security and tidiness.
Maintain strong professional relationships with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
Coordinate maintenance work, and routine fire and safety inspections.
Source vendors and obtains vendor bids for special work and/or regular services; manage all vendor services.
Living onsite opportunity. Schedule includes weekends. This is a part-time Community Management position that requires a flexible weekend schedule.

Results driven, highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities to completion.
Problem solver. Maintains efficiencies.
Knowledge of tenant, eviction and fair housing laws and applicable federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations pertaining to the multifamily industry is helpful. Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry.
Customer service/resident relations experience.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on residential property management experience.
Strong computer skills.
Experience with Appfolio is a plus.
