Real Estate Eight Three One is expanding and adding to our team. We are looking for a detail oriented individual with strong communication skills and the desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This position requires the following skills:
Current California Real Estate License
Facilitate the Move in and Move out process with tenants
Present and explain rental package to tenants
Show properties to prospective applicants
Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws
Ability to track and document conversations
Competency with Microsoft Outlook Suite, Dropbox, and ability to learn the industry specific software systems
Company car is provided during business hours. This is a great opportunity to build a steady stream of income while also selling real estate. Training is provided.
