We're looking for an ambitious, detail oriented and hard working Real Estate Coordinator to work with one of San Francisco's leading residential and multi-family realtors. The role is part time initially but can grow to be full time. The ideal candidate is someone who either (a) wants to be a project manager / owner of the details and enjoys being part of a team; perhaps they've done this role before for other realtors; OR (b) someone who wants to learn the residential RE business from the ground up so that they can become a realtor themselves in a couple of years. In the latter case they'd get extensive mentoring and training. Expect to make a commitment of at least a year.
Responsibilities:
Manage detail oriented and document-intensive tasks including posting and managing RE listings using MLS and other databases, reviewing contractor work at listing sites.
Set up listing sites
Design and print flyers and other documents
Support the real estate manager during listings by acting as a secondary host
Driver's license is preferred. Located in San Francisco, San Mateo County, or Marin County, preferably.
Profile:
Previous experience in a similar role is very desirable
Hard-working
Very detail-oriented and comfortable spotting errors and typos. Comfortable with lots of document work
Able to engage with clients in person and on the phone
Energetic and engaging
Part time and flexible, at least initially.
