ASSISTANT MANAGER BRIDAL STORE

WildBride Bridal Boutique is hiring an Assistant Manager/Stylist to provide a passionate, inspiring outlook in the bridal industry. WildBride is a unique bridal boutique for unconventional brides in the heart of San Francisco. At WildBride, brides and their guests receive a one-on-one private appointment in our serene and luxe space. WildBride changes the wedding dress shopping experience by providing a space for the bride to be unconstrained by societal expectations. We are customer-focused and dedicated to empowering the bride to feel her best on her special day!

A bridal stylist at WildBride has a unique style and desire to provide brides with a personalized, friendly service. You are excited and passionate to work in the bridal industry. You are eager to work with brides, giving them an authentic, memorable shopping experience. And you are well organized, a self-starter, team player who wants to grow in one of the most fulfilling niche areas of the fashion industry at a top retail shop.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-At least 1-3 years fashion retail is a must, with some bridal experience

-Must have weekend (Friday-Sunday) availability

-Interest in bridal fashion and wedding industry

-Positive, energizing attitude, self-starter

-Energetic, enthusiastic attitude and people person

-Great work ethic and team player

-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

-Attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Lead/ co-lead styling appointments with brides and their guests.

-Assist owner with ordering, buying, shipping + receiving, and merchandising

-Store Merchandising and event management (trunkshows, pop-ups, etc)

-Stay updated on brand and product knowledge, including bridal trends to be prepared for appointments on style and fit.

-Communicate with brides before, during, and after the appointment to provide outstanding customer service.

-Close sales and reach the sales goals

-Customer service and manage CRM system

-Maintain visual appearance and cleanliness of store to the brand standards

-Assist with hiring, onboarding and training new stylists

-Manage part-time stylists schedules and monthly sales goals

-Processes incoming and outgoing shipments

COMPENSATION:

-Competitive salary rate with major opportunity for growth

-Above average Commission, plus monthly goals and increase in commission

-earn monthly bonuses based on teams monthly sales

-Paid vacation, sick and safe leave, and holidays

-We are looking for people who are committed to helping us grow the brand and will stay with us for a minimum of one year
