WildBride Bridal Boutique, nestled in the heart of San Francisco, is a haven for unconventional brides seeking a personalized and liberating wedding dress shopping experience. We pride ourselves on offering a serene and luxurious space where brides can explore unique styles free from societal constraints. Our mission is to empower each bride to feel her absolute best on her special day.

We are excited to announce openings for both an Assistant Manager and Bridal Stylists (part-time to full-time) who are passionate about the bridal industry and eager to grow with us.

Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Lead and mentor the stylist team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.

Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and handle ordering, buying, shipping, and receiving.

Plan and execute in-store events, such as trunk shows and pop-ups, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Stay updated on bridal fashion trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team management and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in fashion retail or sales; bridal experience is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for bridal fashion.

Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) is essential.

Bridal Stylist (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized bridal appointments, providing expert styling advice to brides and their guests.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bridal trends, designers, and collections to offer informed recommendations.

Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, accessories, and related items, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Communicate with brides before, during, and after appointments to provide outstanding customer service.

Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the boutique to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications:

At least 1-3 years of experience in fashion retail or sales; bridal experience is highly preferred.

Genuine interest in bridal fashion and the wedding industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) is essential.

Compensation:
