Jin Wang Bride carries the bridal industry's leading designer brands and is known for offering a curated, luxury experience for modern brides. We are seeking a part-time Bridal Intern to join our team, someone who is bright, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion, customer service, and learning in a fast-paced, creative environment.

About the Role

This hands-on internship is ideal for someone passionate about luxury bridal fashion and craftsmanship. The intern will support both client-facing appointments and behind-the-scenes tasks, including gown projects with the designer, with a focus on hand sewing and fine garment work.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and loves the artistry of working with delicate fabrics, intricate details, and garment construction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support

-Assist in bridal consultations and appointments

-Support clients during their shopping experience

-Maintain excellent client communication (in person, phone, and email)

-Showroom Upkeep

Maintain the showroom’s appearance and organization

-Steam and store gowns properly

-General upkeep of gowns, accessories, and retail space

-Designer & Team Support

Assist the designer on gown-related projects

-Enjoys handsewing, skills in handsewing

-Collaborate with team members on daily tasks and store operations

-Help with administrative duties as needed

-Ideal candidates should enjoy and have strong skills in hand sewing, with an appreciation for fine craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Qualifications

-Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Strong follow-through and attention to detail

-Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

-Friendly, professional, and a team player

-Strong organizational skills

-A passion for fashion, sewing skills and garment construction.

Schedule & Hours

-Part-time: 16–24 hours per week

-Required availability: Fridays & Saturdays

-Location: In-person at our showroom near Twin Peaks, San Francisco

-Internship Duration: 30 days

At the end of the 30-day period, there is an opportunity to transition into a part-time position, based on performance.
