We operate like a team, where each member can impact the company. We like to keep a clean and professional environment while still enjoying the work that we do. Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and engaging budtender for our San Francisco, CA stores. We have 3 locations in Mission, Polk, and North Beach. The ideal candidate would be open to working at any of our locations. We are looking for someone who has open availability during our business hours (10 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week). The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about our products.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting compensation for this position is $18.00 per hour + tips

Skills:
Exceptional customer service skills - quickly building rapport and trust with our customers, making them feel valued, and creating an overall positive experience
Cash handling and use of CC machine to ensure error-proof financials
Salesmanship - Using upselling techniques to increase store sales, quickly identifying products they would like and others they may also like, and giving insight into why they would like them or should try them.
Ability to work well and communicate with other team members
Willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
Recommending the best products to customers and advice about sales and promotions
Customer relations and sales
Compassionately assist customers, making them feel welcomed while ensuring a quick process.
Restocking and Cleaning the store products throughout the day
Cash handling - Cleaning and tidiness
Setting and attaining sales goals
Learning about our products to assist customers
Qualifications:
High School Diploma; College Degree preferred but not required
Two years of customer service experience
Applicants must be 21
Bi-lingual preferred
Local applicants preferred
Cannabis experience preferred
