Palace Market in Point Reyes Station seeks an experienced cook to join our new deli team. Come work in a brand new modern kitchen & deli!
Responsibilities include:
Prepare sandwiches and hot food
Check in deliveries and rotate into existing stock.
Maintain a sparkling clean and meticulously organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines with minimal oversight from leadership.
Perform light customer service
The ideal candidate:
Has 1+ year professional kitchen experience
Takes ownership and pride in their work and position.

Leads oneself with humility and grace.
Thrives in a high-volume/busy environment.
Requirements:
You have a current Servsafe cert, or are capable of passing the test on first day of employment.
Can stand, bend, twist, reach for 8 hours a day.
Able to comfortably converse in English.
Can lift at least 35lbs

Job Type: Full-time, weekends and evenings required (8:30pm is typically evening shift end time). Schedules are flexible. We're happy to work around school and parenting priorities so long as we can still provide consistency for your fellow team members.
Pay: $20.00-25.00 per hour
