Sales Associate/Fragrance Specialist
Ministry of Scent is a popular fragrance business with two stores in San Francisco, one on Fillmore Street in Pacific Heights and one on Valencia Street in the Mission District, focused on independent and niche perfume brands from around the world. Our shops have a fun, creative environment with passionate staff and customers.
We currently have two part-time positions, one at each store. Each position requires 3 - 4 shifts per week. Pay starts at $25 per hour plus benefits (see below). Room to grow.
Retail experience and perfume knowledge is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of the inventory and brands represented in the store
Stay up to date on perfume trends and emergent brands
Work directly with customers to find fragrances based on their preferences
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and assisting with product selection and sales
Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised
Follow all store policies, procedures and controls
