As a dedicated representative of the OSKA brand, you will provide exceptional customer service tailored to individual needs, fostering meaningful relationships with our clientele.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
Educate customers about our sustainable fashion practices and products
Help clients find the perfect pieces to meet their needs
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and work collaboratively with colleagues
Proactive client communication and CRM engagement
Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury retail or wholesale fashion preferred, with knowledge of CRM systems and upscale clientele management
Passion for sustainability and interest in ethical fashion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in PC and Windows software required; social media posting experience desirable
Weekend availability mandatory
