Casini Ranch Family Campground is preparing for our busy season, and we’re looking to add enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to our General Store team. Located on 115 scenic acres in Sonoma County, our store is fully stocked to meet the needs of our guests. Part-Time/Full-Time Seasonal Position:
We are seeking a team member for a flexible seasonal role.
Now - April: 1- 3 days per week
April - May: 3 - 4 days per week
June - August: Full-time (40 hours/week)
September - November: 2–3 days per week – WorkShare compensation applies on hours not worked.
December - February: Off, with on-call availability for covering vacations and sick leave
General Store Duties:
Customer Service: Provide outstanding assistance to guests.
Cashiering: Operate a POS system and handle cash and credit transactions.
Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize back-stock, and maintain coolers.
Equipment Rentals: Rent bikes, boats, carts, and other recreational equipment.
Facility Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Guest Assistance: Help with lost and found items and address other guest concerns.
Delivery Management: Check in and organize incoming deliveries.
Additional Tasks: Prepare coffee, manage the coffee area, general cleaning, bag ice, and participate in organizing supplies.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay up to $22/hr (DOE)
401k with annual Profit Sharing + annual 3% salary match contribution (minimum 1000 hours worked to qualify)
Pay for every hour worked, including overtime and double-time
