Job description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly small supermarket employees to be responsible for daily operations and customer service. You will work with the team to ensure the supermarket runs smoothly and provides customers with an excellent shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the shelving, display and arrangement of goods to ensure that the goods are arranged neatly.
Greet customers, provide excellent customer service, and answer customer questions.
Process cashier transactions and ensure cash and transaction accuracy.
Assist with restocking and inventory management and keep the supermarket tidy.
Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints and resolve issues properly.
Job requirements:
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants with relevant retail or supermarket work experience are preferred, but those without experience may also be considered.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
