Short Story is a fast-growing fashion tech startup on a mission to reinvent shopping for petite women. We're looking for professional, motivated Retail Fulfillment Associates to be part of our team. You'll be helping us with: picking and packing customer orders, or receiving incoming returns and new inventory. You must have a strong work ethic to be successful. We are a small company, so you have A LOT of opportunity here. You will advance very rapidly if you perform. We're looking for associates to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Pick orders using a customer order list
- Fold clothing professionally
- Tag incoming merchandise quickly and accurately
- Process returns and other administrative tasks
- Ensure warehouse is properly maintained and organized
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (30 min lunch break)
- Full time only
- Location is in Mission Bay by the UCSF Children's Hospital
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working in apparel retail or warehouse operations preferred
- You have a sense of urgency. This is a fast paced environment and we really hustle!
- You have a can-do attitude
- You are incredibly reliable. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics.
- Ability to travel to the warehouse in SF on a daily basis
