Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Marin Raw in San Anselmo. As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. This position offers a growth opportunity to advance to a Store Manager role for those who demonstrate strong leadership, commitment, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Answer questions about our products, including raw food, treats, supplements, and holistic remedies.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Pack bulk treats into bags for in-store, online, and farmers' market sales.
Maintain inventory levels, including restocking shelves and managing product displays.
Assist with web order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Stay informed about our product offerings and any new arrivals.
Support the team in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Demonstrate leadership abilities that could lead to a Store Manager promotion.
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience is required.
Passion for pets and interest in pet nutrition and holistic health.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Leadership qualities and a desire to grow within the company.
