Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate at 45R, you will:
Delivery outstanding customer service with a focus on customer retention.
Utilize our Point-of-Sale System with precision.
Cultivate and maintain an inspiring shopping environment within our store.
Contribute to Visual Merchandise displays that captivate our customers.
Assist in inventory Management to ensure product availability.
Play a role in our social media efforts to engage with our community.
Minimum qualifications (but not limited to):
1-3 years of retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
A passion for styling and fashion, especially women’s.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work full or part-time, including weekends and holidays.
Great sense of style.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Willingness to learn and retain product knowledge.
Strong work ethic with the ability to excel both as part of a team and independently.
Proficiency in Word and Excel on Mac.
An interest in Japanese culture is a definite plus.
Alteration skills welcomed!
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and job performance. At 45R, we foster a collaborative ethos, and as such, we do not operate on a commission-based system.
