Retail and Customer Service Associate Responsibilities Overview:
Educate and assist customers on our caviar, roe, as well as add-ons
Using Shopify POS to ring up orders and process payments
Pack all orders according to The Caviar Co. standards
Maintain the retail store, ensuring the store is always presentable and in accordance with The Caviar Co. brand standards.
Assist with stocking, set up, and other retail store-related tasks.
Answer phones, assist with customer inquiries, and take orders over the phone.
Using Klaviyo Help Desk, respond to and resolve all customer inquiries.
Required Skills and Preferred Experience
Hospitality and food service experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to white-glove service.
Ability to confidently navigate customer support platforms to resolve customer inquiries.
Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours at a time
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Flexible availability - Weekends are required.
