Luxury resale shop in Petaluma seeks Part Time Manager
We are an uplifting, fun and magical luxury clothing shop. We take in consignment and offer personal styling for clients in our gorgeous and light filled space at 209 Western in Downtown Petaluma.
The position we are looking to fill involves learning about how best to serve our customers, as well as overseeing all aspects of shop management (including displays, scheduling and performing cleaning, hiring/firing, reports, consignor relations, sales & discounts, tech issues, social media etc).
As a newer store that just opened in May we are looking for a dynamic fit for the position.
Our ideal team member is:
Great with giving styling and purchasing ideas to customers
Passionate about building connections with clients and consignors
Has proven success in merchandising and sales
Has managed small shops and employees or can pitch to us why you have the skills to do so
Resilient in handling concerns and resolving issues when they arise
Has an indepth understanding of tech and can do creative and on trend reels and posts daily to social media.
Preferably looking for a long term position
Comfortable in a very faced and occasionally stressful environment and wearing many hats
Follow through and accountablility to resolve issues independently
Hours are adjustable based on the teams' needs. Hours will start at approximately 16+ per week. Saturdays are required and we prefer the flexibility to work part time shifts 2pm- 6pm on some weekdays. Potential for more hours for the right candidate.
Pay is $24 per hour
