BioActive Supply helps reptile keepers create self-sustaining ecosystems that mimic natural habitats. We handcraft small-batch substrates and source natural materials like seed pods, leaf litter, and microfauna that support thriving bioactive enclosures. Everything we make is tested with our own collection of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates—and now, we’re looking for a new teammate to help us pack and ship those awesome products to keepers across the country.
This role is for you if:
-You’re into reptiles, amphibians, inverts, or house plants. Knowledge, past experience handling or caring for these is a plus. This may lead to additional opportunities within the company.
-You’re organized, detail-oriented, and like getting things done efficiently
-You’re down to get your hands dirty (literally—there’s soil and moss involved)
-You want to be part of a small team that’s growing fast
-Bonus: You like social media and want to help with photos, reels, or stories. This may lead to additional opportunities within the company.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
-Print packing slips, pull products, and packing online orders for shipping.
-Helping the rest of the team with their projects. This will include the packaging and labeling our other products. Helping with tasks in the greenhouse and reptile room.
-Keeping inventory tidy and up to date
-Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Optional: Helping with Instagram/TikTok posts/Palm Street or behind-the-scenes content
Required Skills:
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
-Comfortable working in a small team environment.
-Familiarity with shipping/receiving or order picking is a plus.
-Able to lift and move 50 lbs and stand during shifts.
-Comfortable working around natural materials, live plants, and animals. You will get dirty.
-Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
-Social media savvy is a huge plus — especially if you love content creation
Hours and Compensation:
-We are looking for available hours of 9:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. This position may lead to full time.
-This position starts at $19.00 per hour. More could be offered depending on experience. We welcome first-time workers who are eager to learn.
