We are looking for someone to join the team at our CP Shades Fourth Street Berkeley boutique. Our mantra is “What you see is what you get.” Garment dyed, uncomplicated, made locally with soul; our company has been sewing our garments here in the Bay Area since the late 70s.
Ideal Candidate:
- friendly and outgoing
- detail oriented and self-motivated
- willingness to learn

- experience in a customer service or retail setting
- excellent communication
- interest in fashion a must, sustainable fashion a major plus
- weekend availability a must
Responsibilities:
- coordinate daily customer service operations including shipping
- monitor and maintain store inventory
- foster a comfortable, positive atmosphere for customers
- take initiative on retaining current product knowledge
- drive excellence in customer experience
- assist online/out-of-state customers with questions via email/phone
- ensure CP Shades brand and mission are always represented
