Customer Service & Sales Associate – Tivoli Sausalito
Tivoli, Sausalito’s thoughtfully curated resale boutique, is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our friendly, fashion and design-loving team. We offer a unique shopping experience filled with timeless women’s and men’s fashion, elevated home décor, and eclectic preloved treasures.
This is a part-time position for 25–30 hours per week at $23/hour, and you’ll be entrusted to open and close the store independently. Ideal for someone who is warm, responsible, stylish, and enjoys working in a beautiful, community-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Open and close the store independently with confidence and care
Greet every customer with warmth, offer friendly style guidance, and help them discover pieces that reflect their personal taste.
Accurately handle sales and returns at the register
Keep the store looking its best—dusting, tidying, straightening racks, and refreshing displays
Receive, price, and process new consignment and inventory items
Communicate clearly and proactively with the owner and team

QUALIFICATIONS
Reliable and confident running the shop solo
Friendly, engaging, and customer-service oriented
Interest in fashion, home décor, vintage, and sustainable living
Prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through
Comfortable using a POS system (training provided)
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with merchandise movement or store resets
