In this position, you will:
- greet customers cheerfully
- answer phone calls, gather accurate and complete information, and direct to proper staff member
- initiate phone calls to let patients know that their prescriptions are ready for pickup
- alphabetically file prescriptions once patient is contacted
- maintain strict medical privacy policies (HIPAA)
- assist in processing incoming shipments: unpacking in an efficient and organized method, handling invoices accurately, stocking shelves
- lift and move sometimes heavy boxes
- break down boxes and take to recycling
- rotate back stock regularly
- process customers’ special orders
- prepare shipments to be mailed
- accurately process cash register sales and returns
- maintain the clean and orderly store presentation
- support the needs and success of your team
- follow all company protocols
