The Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of the shop—welcoming customers, helping them discover new favorites, and creating a shopping experience that feels personal, fun, and inspiring. You’ll be part salesperson, part host, part caretaker of the space.
What You’ll Do
Greet every customer with warmth and intention
Offer thoughtful product recommendations and gift guidance
Keep the shop organized, stocked, and visually inviting
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
Merchandising, restocking, and light inventory support
Keep the store clean, cozy, and ready for guests
Pack up online and in-store orders with care
Share feedback, ideas, and insights to help the store grow
Who You Are
Friendly, reliable, and love connecting with people
Have an eye for aesthetics and enjoy beautiful things
A natural helper who enjoys making others’ days better
Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused role
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed. Ideal schedule is Friday - Sunday, 9:45am-6:15pm.
Retail or customer service experience is great, but not required
