Position Overview:
If you are not passionate about some segment of Fishing you will not qualify for this position. We can teach you how to operate our equipment - We can train your on our Information Management system ETC. We cannot teach you how to be passionate about Fishing
As a Retail Associate at our Fishing Tackle Shop, you'll be the face of the business, helping customers with product recommendations, answering fishing-related questions, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience. If you’re passionate about fishing and enjoy working with people, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right fishing gear for their needs. All employees in our organization perform any task required to run an efficient store.
Sales: Promote in-store sales and the sport of angling while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Organizing displays, processing warranty requests, physical inventory.
Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
A passion for fishing and a strong desire to learn.
Customer Service: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Attention to Detail: Be organized and reliable when managing products, restocking, and handling transactions.
