Position Overview:
As the Retail Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our store in Mountain View. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of enthusiastic retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain an inviting and organized store layout, optimizing product displays and promotions.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and diverse selection of party supplies and toys.
Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and enhance store visibility.
Train and develop staff on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Adhere to safety and security protocols to safeguard both staff and merchandise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the party supplies or toy industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual merchandising.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

Strong aptitude or willingness to excel in upscale balloon decorating and merchandising.
