Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers by directing them into the right direction, ringing them up, and ensuring customers needs are met
- Assisting customers over the phone who may have a question, request to make a phone order, or check if items are in stock
- Basic store maintenance when needed
Qualification:
- Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Pleasant personality for in-person and phone sales
- Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented personality
- Interact with coworkers and customers in a professional manner
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Ability to multitask
- Adaptive and able to learn quickly
- Physically able to lift at least 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Multi-lingual in either Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese.
