We are seeking a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will support the store management team by fostering a positive work environment that ensures customer satisfaction, boosts productivity, and drives sales. We are particularly excited about candidates with a proven history of retail success and creating customer-centric shopping experiences!
What you’ll do:
Assist customers and provide top notch service to ensure all patrons leave satisfied
Assist with merchandising, cleaning, and restocking
Gather customer feedback
Achieve sales targets by generating revenue through effective sales strategies
Perform opening/closing routines as needed
Demonstrate exemplary customer service and selling skills
What you bring to the table:
2+ years of retail experience preferred
Strong communication skills with customers and sales staff
Demonstrated time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Passion for exemplary service
Great sales skills: retail sales experience a strong plus
Proficiency with iPads, basic computer skills, and basic data entry (data entry very minimal overall)
Flexibility: willingness to perform other various duties as required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work onsite for every shift
May assemble and disassemble Christmas trees and other decorations
May lift and or move items up to forty pounds
